Upon reviewing the previous ACRES reports, it appears that some of the gear condition data does not align with the years of usage recorded. Isibonelo will need to verify whether any gear components were replaced during breakdowns between 2015 and 2022. Due to the discontinuation of ACRES Dragline services, the operations team did not maintain up-to-date records. Consequently, Inyathi NDT Inspection cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies present in this report.
