Please find the attached Shutdown report for Navigation Life-Ex Dragline No1 Lot 55 01September 2023.10.16.

Looking at the information from the previous ACRES reports, some of the gearing conditions do not correspond with the years that have been consumed.

Navigation Life-Ex will need to confirm if any of the gear components have been changed out during any shutdowns between 2018 to 2023. Following the disbandment of the ACRES Dragline services, all information was not kept up to date by the operations, thus Inyathi NDT Inspection cannot be held liable for any inaccuracies reflected in this report. Cracking left unattended below newly fitted upper swing roller rails. Cracking propagating into T-sections assemblies. Lower swing roller rails not replaced.

Excessive wear and cracking present on rail pads this include doubler plates.
